APPLICATION/REGISTRATION/MATERIAL FEE

 

There is a $50 application fee due at the time that the application is submitted.

An annual Registration/Material Fee in the amount of $250 is due at the time of enrollment.  This is non-refundable. This fee will be billed annually.
